General terms of service
General principles applicable to Digitalizat360 services. Each specific proposal sets out, and takes precedence regarding, its scope, price and schedule.
1. Identification and contact
Service provider: Digitalizat360, the trading name of Elisabet Molina. Contact address: C/Pablo Iglesias, 43, 41310 Brenes, Seville. Email: hola@digitalizat360.com. Telephone: +34 657 178 349.
2. Contracting process
Requesting information or submitting a form does not oblige you to purchase or generate a charge. A contract is concluded when the customer accepts a proposal, quotation, order or checkout identifying the service, price, taxes, duration and payment method.
3. Prices and taxes
Unless stated otherwise, commercial prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable total is provided before payment. Work or features outside the agreed scope require an additional quotation and authorisation.
4. Starting work and customer cooperation
Timescales begin once the proposal has been accepted, any applicable initial payment has been made, and the necessary access, texts, images and data have been received. The customer confirms that they have permission to use the materials they provide.
5. Recurring services
The period, minimum commitment, renewal and notice requirements are specified in each offer. For Pack Negocio Visible 360, the monthly option has an initial 12-month commitment; after that, it may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. The annual option covers 12 months from the start date.
6. Domains, hosting and continuity
Where a domain is included, it is registered in the customer’s name, subject to availability. Hosting, maintenance and backups are provided while the service remains active and payments are up to date. Before cancellation, the customer will be informed of the transfer or handover options applicable to the agreed scope.
7. Digital products
Plugins and digital products may also be subject to their licence, technical requirements and support policy. Products sold through Freemius use its checkout, delivery, licensing, renewals and customer portal.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumer rights are respected in accordance with applicable law. Where digital content or a digital service is to begin before the statutory withdrawal period ends, the relevant authorisations will be requested. Any additional commercial guarantees are shown in the specific offer or checkout.
9. Support and liability
Digitalizat360 applies professional measures and communicates relevant incidents. It is not responsible for failures caused by external services, access changes made without authorisation, use contrary to instructions, or customer-provided materials that infringe third-party rights.
10. Privacy and communications
Data is processed to manage enquiries, contracts, invoicing and support in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Marketing communications will not be sent without a legal basis or consent where required.
11. Complaints and applicable law
For any issue, contact hola@digitalizat360.com. Spanish law and mandatory consumer protection rules apply. The competent courts will be those determined by applicable law.
