What it does and how it helps
When a customer asks for an invoice, you should not have to search across several screens. D360 POS Documents brings WooCommerce and VitePOS documents together so you can find, preview, download, print and resend them by email.
D360 POS Documents 1.3.0: your free document centre
Includes receipt printing, access to PDF invoices, document search and filters by order, customer, status and dates, preview, download, reprinting and email. WhatsApp opens a prepared conversation; the user sends the message manually.
Historical/manual invoices with free-text items and full or partial corrective invoices are included in Free. Corrective invoices link to the refund and original document and use an independent numbering series. Free also includes audit logs, settings, diagnostics and HPOS compatibility.
WooCommerce is required. PDF Invoices & Packing Slips by WP Overnight provides ordinary PDF invoices. POS integration requires a compatible VitePOS installation.
D360 POS Customers 1.0.0: customer records and reports
Pro extends Free, which must remain installed and active. Do not uninstall Free to add Pro. D360 POS Documents 1.3.0 or later is required.
Pro adds a master customer record shared with WooCommerce and VitePOS, company details and optional tax identification. Search and select customers from historical invoices and copy their details to the document. Create reports by customer and date, with multiple selection and Excel/XLSX export.
If D360 POS Pricing is installed, manage the commercial tariff from the customer record. D360 POS Pricing and VitePOS are separate products, not included in D360 POS Customers.
Free and Pro share one document engine, settings and corrective-invoice numbering series. Deactivating Pro leaves Free basic operations available.
Important limits for both editions
- Neither edition provides operational VERI*FACTU or TicketBAI or sends records to the Spanish tax agency (AEAT).
- WhatsApp is manual: no API or automatic sending.
- Pro updates require manual download and installation, with no licensing server or automatic updates.
- Historical and corrective invoices are included in Free, not exclusive to Pro.
